Halloween already

So, seeing as how I am always in the mood for Halloween (just can't get enough, I tell ya!), I decided that I wanted to make a Halloween bedspread for my bedroom. It just isn't enough to decorate the outside of the house and deck. I like my room to have the look and feel of it as well. I was overjoyed recently when I walked into a Michael's and a Walmart and discovered that they already have Fall and Halloween stuff on the shelves. Hooray! Walmart had some really cute Halloween fabric, so I grabbed some and began work on my bedspread yesterday. I can't wait 'til it's finished! :)

I'm trying to move my Halloween stuff more to the inside also. I have a ton of stuff outside at Halloween, but very little inside. On the off-season, I'm thinking about setting up my stuff in my basement as my own little haunted house all year round!

Hi there! :) Yep, I totally hear you. I love the idea of having a year-round haunted house! Of course, my dream home would be just like the one from 'The Haunted Mansion'! If only....*sigh*

I would definately have a few trap doors and secret passageways too! I always imagine mine as the house on the opening scenes of Tales From the Crypt.

Oh, a secret passageway is a MUST!!! I haven't seen Tales From the Crypt in so long that I don't remember the house. I'll have to go rent it now to see. hehe

Hey, where are you and Rot from? I would love to see your guys' haunts in person!

I'm in Lynchburg, Virginia... I think he is in Pennsylvania somewhere, I don't know what city though. I would love to go see his setup, but it's a one night only type of thing, so sadly I'll probably only be able to see his on-line.

I'm talking about the Tales From the Crypt series that used to come on HBO years ago... it still comes on now on the Chiller channel if you get that. We get it on DirecTV, I don't know who else carries it though. It's a cool house and the camera kind of goes through it and then goes down these stairs to a dungeon like basement where the Crypt Keeper lives.

Hmm, never been to Virginia or PA. My brother used to live in Norfolk. He and his ex-wife liked it there. Oh, I was looking at the TV Guide and saw that Tales From the Crypt is on tonight at 11:00 (pacific time). I'm not sure if it's the one you're referring to, but I'm gonna try and watch it.

This is just the intro to the show... I'm going to have to add this one to my myspace profile as "My Dream House", haha.

Cool, I'll check it out! Oh, and the movie that was on last night was TFTC's 'Bordello of Blood,' with Corey Feldman. It's actually kinda' lame.

Ok, I just watched it, and that is TOTALLY my dream house!! That's awesome! I love the winding stairway down into the basement/dungeon area. I'd give anything to live in a place like that. hehe

Yeah, I was kind of dissapointed with that movie too. It's nothing like the t.v. series which are all 30 minute episodes about different things.
